Essentially, a long-line dishwasher is a continuous automatic cleaning assembly line. It completes the entire cleaning process using high-temperature, high-pressure water plus special detergents, eliminating the need for manual hand washing.
The length of the machine body can be customized according to requirements (6.2 meters) and supports multi-section splicing for extension. It can be embedded in the "washing - disinfection - storage" assembly line layout of central kitchens, or placed against walls or columns without occupying the core operating area of the kitchen.
It optimizes the kitchen workflow design and is especially suitable for standardized layout scenarios such as large hotel back kitchens and catering distribution centers.
