The Long Dragon Tunnel Cage Washer is essential cleaning equipment for large-scale animal laboratories, including animal centers in pharmaceutical companies, research institutions, universities, and SPF-grade animal rooms. Unlike cabinet-type cage washers, it offers continuous operation, ultra-large processing capacity, and full-process automation as core advantages.
This equipment is designed for batch cleaning and disinfection of various experimental animal cages, including IVC cages, metabolic cages, and breeding cages. It strictly meets biosafety and compliance requirements such as GLP, GMP, and AAALAC.
Core Features
Structural Design: Continuous Tunnel Layout with Upgraded Biosafety Isolation
- Tunnel-type continuous operation structure: Multi-section tunnel layout (pre-washing → main washing → rinsing → disinfection → drying) with continuous transfer through conveying system, enabling uninterrupted "loading-cleaning-disinfection-drying-unloading" process that eliminates batch limitations of cabinet-type machines.
- Double-door / zoned isolation design: Front and rear ends feature feed inlet in contaminated area and discharge outlet in clean area with electronic and mechanical double interlocking. Provides physical isolation between contaminated and clean ends throughout the process, preventing cross-contamination and meeting BSL-2/3 level biosafety standards.
- Modularization and conveying system: Whole machine assembled in modules with customizable cleaning/drying sections based on site requirements and processing capacity. Conveying system uses stainless steel mesh belt / silent chain with frequency conversion speed regulation (0.5-5m/min), suitable for different cage sizes and cleaning rhythms while ensuring stable, non-jamming operation.
- Fully sealed anti-corrosion structure: Shell, inner tank, and pipelines constructed from 316L stainless steel (high-end model) / 304 stainless steel with mirror polishing and seamless welding. Resistant to corrosion from acid/alkali cleaning agents and disinfectants, featuring no hygiene dead corners for easy cleaning and disinfection.
Processing capacity: 1200 cages per hour with continuous tunnel operation
